The experience meeting with native Tlingits either on board or at the port stops was so interesting. The experience at Glacier Bay was superb, the view of the glacier was awesome. I enjoyed the tours in Sitka and learned much about the history of this town through the visits to various key places. There is not place I did not enjoy but think Glacier Bay is simply a scenic delight.
Kent and JP were our favorite guides because of their extensive knowledge of the subjects and their passion for the area. They were tireless - led many trips each day with the same enthusiasm each time! Other guides put the same energy into their activities but their knowledge was not as complete. The evening presentations were a good addition but they need to be more interactive or fun.
